Blackstone LaunchPad

About the Program

Blackstone LaunchPad works with colleges across the United States to deliver entrepreneurial skill-building programs and work-based learning that help students launch successful careers. They provide training and support through partnerships with higher education institutions, nonprofits and employers to increase access to career-building opportunities.

This past summer, HBCUFI partnered with Blackstone as one of their employer partners for their LaunchPad Summer Internship Program. The Summer Internship Program helped students develop the entrepreneurial skills to thrive in their internship, while providing direct access to internship and professional development opportunities through our partnerships with industry professionals and companies. Students in the program were placed with startups, giving them direct exposure to what it takes to become an entrepreneur.
